Homework will generally be the same throughout the year. It consists of Spelling, Math and Reading. The schedule is as follows:
Monday:
- Spelling - ABC Order
- Math - Fact Practice and Independent Practice
- Reading - 15 minutes (fill out Daily Reading Log)
Tuesday:
- Spelling - Pyramid Writing
- Math - Fact Practice and Independent Practice
- Reading - 15 minutes (fill out Daily Reading Log)
Wednesday:
- Spelling - Sentences
- Math - Fact Practice and Independent Practice
- Reading - 15 minutes (fill out Daily Reading Log)
Thursday:
- Spelling - 3x Each/Study
- Math - Fact Practice and Independent Practice
- Reading - 15 minutes (fill out Daily Reading Log)
Fridays - No Homework!**Please check the back of your child's Spelling Homework notebook for directions on how to complete each spelling assignment.**If your child becomes confused on his/her math homework, it is generally the same concepts on the other side, which was completed in class.
